The American Architecture Prize jury has awarded Michigan Lake House a Gold Prize for Residential Architectural Design and a Silver Prize for Residential Interior Design. The American Architecture Prize jury has also awarded Photographer's Loft a Bronze Prize for Apartments Interior Design.

The Photographer's Loft was selected as one of the best American architecture projects in 2015. This is Desai Chia's 4th American Architecture Award. Awarded projects will be exhibited at the 3rd Chicago Architecture Biennial and then to other museums in Europe.
